Eligibility requirements
PHR Eligibility
* 1 yr of demonstrated professional HR exp with a Master's degree or higher, or
* 2 yrs of demonstrated professional HR exp with a Bachelor's degree, or
* 4 yrs of demonstrated professional HR exp with less than a Bachelor's degree
SPHR Eligibility
* 4 yrs of demonstrated professional HR exp with a Master's degree or higher,
* 5 yrs of demonstrated professional HR exp with a Bachelor's degree, or
* 7 yrs of demonstrated professional HR exp with less than a Bachelor's degree.
Test preparation
To prepare for the tests through certification prep classes, there are many options available. These classes are offered by (please check for availability if class has started):
